🔍 Qu’est-ce qu’un CPO (Chief Product Officer) ?
Rôle : Responsable ultime de la stratégie produit en entreprise, membre du COMEX. Il/elle aligne les besoins clients, les enjeux business et les innovations marché.
Missions clés :
- Définir la roadmap et les priorités produit.
- Manager une équipe de Product Owners/Managers.
- Collaborer avec les équipes Tech, Marketing, Sales et Direction Générale.
- Veiller aux tendances marché (IA, data-driven, etc.).
